Every Snap cabinet box can be built from four core material families – Columbia Forest Products PureBond plywood, Arauco PRISM TFL melamine, Stevens Wood TFL, and Formica Fenix.
Full 3/4″ PureBond hardwood plywood from Columbia Forest Products is the standard box material for every Snap cabinet. Formaldehyde-free soy-based adhesive, A-1 maple veneer faces, made in North America.
Used on all six faces of the box – sides, top, bottom, and back – with the back dado-captured into all four sides for full wall holding strength.
Two solid neutral colors and one wood grain pattern from Arauco’s PRISM TFL line. All three are produced on Arauco Duraflake particleboard substrate in their Suede texture for a consistent matte finish.
A durable, cost-effective interior option for high-cycle cabinets, commercial work, and any spec where a wipeable thermally-fused laminate makes more sense than a wood veneer interior.
Stevens Wood’s TFL furniture board is the deepest color and pattern library Snap offers for box interiors – seven matte solids and nine woodgrain patterns, all on the JSF Jet-Woo core.
Useful when a job needs an interior color the standard plywood or Arauco line can’t hit – black boxes for showroom display work, dark walnut interiors paired with light doors, or coordinated woodgrain throughout.
Fenix is Formica’s nanotech matte surface – fingerprint-resistant, soft to the touch, and thermally healable for micro-scratches. Specified when the project calls for a premium, ultra-matte interior that performs.
Available on the Snap box program in six core Fenix colors. Pair with matching Fenix doors for a fully integrated, monolithic look.
